The time on site involved will depend on the report(s) being carried out. An average 3 bedroom Semi detached house will take 1.00hr for an Energy Performance Certificate and 3.5hrs for a Home Condition Survey. These times are for guidance only. Cavity Wall and Loft Insulation Surveys take approximately 30 minutes.
