                                                    Contract and Terms of Engagement

This contract between Glen Waldren (Waldren Home Inspection Services)

And the Property Owner and/ or Acting Agent . (Client)

To undertake a Home Condition report (HCR) and/or an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) at:

The Given Property Address  (The property).

And produce the HCR and/or an EPC on an agreed date.

For the sum of £agreed exc vat by Telephone, Fax, Letter or Email.

The invoice is payable on or before the day of inspection. Late payments are subject to a £25.00 administration charge for every 30 days late.

Specific Arrangements

Date of Inspection: As Agreed and communicated by Telephone, Fax, Letter or Email

Time of Inspection: As Agreed and communicated by Telephone, Fax, Letter or Email

Anticipated Maximum duration of Inspection: 3.5 Hours

Name and position (If relevant) of the person who will meet me on site, give me access to the property, answer any enquiries and have any documentation relating to statutory approvals guarantees etc is:

Specific access and or other details that may affect the inspection are to be informed at the time of instruction if applicable.

This agreement is formed on the basis that the Home Condition report and Energy Performance Certificate will be produced using information gathered during the initial information exchange and the inspection and in accordance with the displayed terms and conditions on this website.

Declaration

I have read within 72 hours of the agreed date of instruction by Telephone, Fax, Letter or Email and understood the terms and conditions attached and the terms on which the report is produced. I confirm that I wish Glen Waldren (Home Inspector/Energy Assessor) to proceed with the Home Condition Report/ Energy Assessment.
